What is a Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)?
A PDA is an objective measurement of all tasks involved in the performance of a specific employment position, quantifying the essential duties and physical, biomechanical and physiological components of that position. This analysis allows comparison of an individual’s ability to safely perform a specific position and assists in identifying appropriate task modification(s) to assist with early and safe return to work.
The Service
Our PDAs quantify the job demands, identify any high risk task(s) and are imperative in the facilitation of an early and safe return to work plan. By objectively identifying all required physical components involved in the performance of a specific position employers can better manage their business and workforce.

The Service
We conduct a detailed observation and assessment of a particular employee and their workstation, equipment and work practices commonly used.
