With over 25 years experience in the field, Dr. Scott is an internationally respected and consulted professor, thought-leader, public speaker and author in the fields of Disability Management and Workers' Compensation Claims Management for businesses.

Dr. Scott is the co-author of a book called Comprehensive Disability Management and, as well as leading the incredibly successful Organizational Solutions Inc., teaches at McGill and Guelph Universities.
Dr. Michael Prouse is the Director of Operations at Personalized Prescribing Inc. He oversees Personalized Prescribing's total processes, which include an array of tasks from engineering pharmacogenetic panels to managing client accounts.
Dr. Prouse completed his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto St. George Campus, where he specialized on genetics. He finished at the top of his Ph.D. class where he was awarded many prestigious awards, including the Alexander Graham Bell Award - awarded to the top researchers in Canada.
Tamara is an educator and Specialist in Workers' Compensation solutions for employers across Western Canada.
With over 15 years experience in the field, Tamara is a respected claims manager, public speaker, leader and trainer in Workers' Compensation Claims Management for businesses.
