Organizational Solutions Inc. (OSI) is looking for proven team players to join our dynamic group as an Account Executive.  We have exciting opportunities in sales / business development.

Accountabilities:

• Develop & execute sales plan
• Prospect & sell OSI services, to new and existing clients - including cross selling & up selling
• Deliver / coordinate management training programs for new clients
• Maintain timely & accurate records of all activity by maintaining monthly & quarterly reports
• Develop business relationships to expand business opportunities
• Negotiate and renew existing client contracts
• Prepare RFPs & deliver winning presentations to prospects

 

Qualifications:

• Prior B2B sales experience with Health & Safety / Disability Management Services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiar with services - Health & Safety / WSIB / Disability Management practices & contract language
• Excellent negotiation & time management skills
• Nice to have but not required- bilingualism in English & French
