An occasional need arises to obtain an independent assessment or second opinion of an employee’s capability. OSI arranges these for employers in order to obtain a clear objective assessment.

We ensure that the IME / FAE includes an active treatment plan to resolve the disability and claim.

These are often of particular value to the employer if the employee is not progressing under the treatment of their primary healthcare providers.

The Service

Intervention by Organizational Solutions Inc. will start immediately upon the request of the employer for an external third party examination.

We closely examine the needs of the employee and employer, formulate case specific questions, and arrange testing.

Organizational Solutions Inc. receives and interprets the results of the examination and provides a summary to the employer with recommendations. The IME / FAE will assist in determining an employee’s:

Functional capabilities / limitations

Suitability for regular work or an alternative job

Further treatment requirements

Return to work status.

The IME / FAE provides an opportunity for further exploration of causes, treatments and potential cures. We arrange these within our Preferred Network of Providers for the best quality results.
